إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 379 تاريخ 14/12/2001 وتعديلاته (الضريبة على القيمة المضافة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 30/4/2012 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد الضريبة على القيمة المضافة عن الفصل الاول من سنة 2012 وتقديم التصريح الدوري العائد لهذا الفصل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
