إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11325 تاريخ 14/1/2013 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2013،

وبناء على محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركاء في «شركة محمد أسوم ومحمود ملص وشركاهم للصيرفة» المنعقدة بتاريخ 1/6/2013،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 19/6/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة محمد أسوم ومحمود ملص وشركاهم للصيرفة» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 456 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
