إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناءً على القرار رقم 11325 تاريخ 14/1/2013 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2013،

وبناءً على محضر اجتماع الشريكين في «شركة هاني الموسوي وشريكه للصرافة» المنعقد بتاريخ 13/6/2013،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 24/6/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة هاني الموسوي وشريكه للصرافة» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 466 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
