-في التعديل- إن شركة ال جي للإلكترونيات "المشرق العربي"-الأردن (LG Electronics Levant (Jordan المسجلة بتاريخ 11/3/2013، تحت رقم 2703 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/3/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3692/2013، بأن الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة قررت، أنه نظرا لنقل السيد Hae Sung Chung ممثل الشركة ومدير مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان الى مركز آخر، قررت تعيين السيد Sung Young Lee ليكون وكيلا وممثلا للشركة ومديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ومنحه أوسع الصالحيات للقيام لحساب الشركة وباسمها وبالنيابة عنها بالصلاحيات الممنوحة للمدير السابق، وذلك كله بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة المنعقدة في 24/2/2013 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
