-في التعديل- إن شركة NOBEL TRADING LIMITED المسجلة بتاريخ 23/11/2011، تحت رقم 2637 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/3/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3895/2013، بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة قرر، في 13/2/2013، إلغاء (إبطال) فرع الشركة في لبنان وفتح مكتب تمثيلي لها في لبنان، وتعيين السيد منصور محمد مديرا عاما للشركة ولمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان متمتعا بأوسع الصلاحيات المنصوصة في العقد التأسيسي والنظام الأساسي. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
