-في التعديل- إن شركة Covidien AG المسجلة بتاريخ 16/8/2010، تحت رقم 2571 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/3/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3712/2013، بأنها قد قررت في 26/2/2013، إلغاء الصلاحيات الممنوحة من الشركة الى المدير العام السابق لمكتب التمثيل في لبنان السيد Paul William John McDowell المعين سابقا بموجب قرار الشركة تاريخ 27/1/2012، وتعيين السيد Christos Asimakopoulos ليكون مدير مكتب التمثيل في لبنان ومنحه كل الصلاحيات لتمثيل مكتب التمثيل في لبنان في الأمور كافة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
