إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد ابراهيم صلاح علامة المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية - محافظة بيروت المسجل برقم 3846/ق تاريخ 26/12/2013،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 8/1/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد ابراهيم صلاح علامة من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
