إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 315 تاريخ 5/3/2014،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية برج الملوك - قضاء مرجعيون - محافظة النبطية منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام مرجعيون القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية برج الملوك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
