إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 395/4 تاريخ 25/2/2014،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عيّن السيد حسين علي الجباوي، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة كفردبش، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد علي حسين سليمان وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
