ان وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 772/ق تاريخ 20/2/2014،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الاعلى رقم 805 تاريخ 4/3/2014،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل بالإنابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب اسم الخبير السيد غازي معروف منصور من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع الشؤون السلكية واللاسلكية - محافظة بيروت بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
