إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 379 تاريخ 14/12/2001 وتعديلاته (الضريبة على القيمة المضافة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 10/5/2014 ضمناً، مهلة تأدية الضريبة على القيمة المضافة عن الفصل الأول من سنة 2014 وتقديم التصريح الدوري وطلبات الاسترداد العائدة لهذا الفصل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
