إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11662 تاريخ 16/1/2014 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2014،

وبناء على محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركاء في «شركة نزيه كفوري وأولاده للصيرفة ش.م.م» المنعقدة بتاريخ 31/12/2013،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة نزيه كفوري وأولاده للصيرفة ش.م.م» المسجّل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 689 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسميّة ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
