ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/6/1959،

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من أهالي بلدة حورتعلا المسجل في قلم المديرية الادارية المشتركة تحت رقم 18109 بتاريخ 6/11/2012 والمتعلق بطلب إستحداث حي جديد في بلدة حورتعلا يسمى الحي الشرقي،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2675/4 تاريخ 20/3/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينشأ في بلدة حورتعلا - قضاء بعلبك حي جديد يسمى «الحي الشرقي».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
