ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 2392/4 تاريخ 20/1/2015،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد ضاهر يوسف رزوق، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة الحوش - قضاء راشيا مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد اميل منصور الياس وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
