ان وزير الطاقة والمياه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 154 تاريخ 30/1/1999 (تعيين المدير العام)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/6/1959 لا سيما المادة 7 منه فقرة (5).

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 (نظام الموظفين)،

يقرر ما يأتي:
