ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القرار رقم 40 تاريخ 25/1/2013 (إنشاء بلدية في قرية قرنة الحمرا - قضاء المتن - محافظة جبل لبنان)،

بناء على دواعي الخدمة والمصلحة العامة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام المتن بالإنابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية قرنة الحمرا - قضاء المتن حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
