إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدين وائل حسان الحلاق ومحمود محمد ضحى، والمسجل تحت رقم 996 تاريخ 21/4/2015 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة).

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيدان وائل حسان الحلاق ومحمود محمد ضحى، اللبنانيي الجنسية، ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة شهرية، غير سياسية، باللغة العربية، بإسم «سيدة فينيقيا» تتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافية اكرام محمد صعب.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
