إن وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1019413 تاريخ 17/2/2015 باسم «إبداع للدراسات والنشر»، تملكه السيدة سوسن احمد اليمني.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة سوسن احمد اليمني، والمسجل تحت رقم 650 تاريخ 17/3/2015، (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة سوسن احمد اليمني اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر، بإسم «ابداع للدراسات والنشر» تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
