ان وزير الزراعة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الغابات الصادر بتاريخ 17/1/1949، لا سيما المادة 83 منه،

بناء على القرار رقم 566/1 تاريخ 19/6/2015 (وضع الحماية القانونية على بعض العقارات في بلدة كوكبا - قضاء راشيا - محافظة البقاع)،

يقرر ما يأتي:
