ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1071/ب تاريخ 7/8/2015،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الحلوسية - قضاء صور - محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام صور بالانابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الحلوسية حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
