إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على أحكام المادة 208 المعطوفة على المادة 182 من قانون النقد والتسليف،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11935 تاريخ 17/1/2015 القاضي بنشر لائحة المؤسسات المالية للعام 2015،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 2/3/15 المتخذ في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 30/7/2015،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة المؤسسات المالية اسم شركة «مينا إنفست ش.م.ل.» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 64 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
