إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 243 تاريخ 22/10/2012 (قانون السير)، لا سيما المادة 207 منه،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس إدارة - مدير عام هيئة إدارة السير والآليات والمركبات،

وبعد استشارة مجلس شورى الدولة (الرأي رقم 275/2014 - 2015 تاريخ 30/7/2015).

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعادل رخص السوق الممنوحة قبل تطبيق هذا القانون، بما يوازيها من رخص السوق الجديدة بموجب جدول المعادلة الوارد أدناه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور صدوره.
