إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11934 تاريخ 17/1/2015 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2015،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 1/3/2015 المنعقدة بتاريخ 30/7/2015 القاضي بشطب «شركة مصرف الوركاء للاستثمار والتمويل مساهمة خاصة» عن لائحة المصارف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة المصارف إسم «شركة مصرف الوركاء للاستثمار والتمويل مساهمة خاصة» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 131 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
