إن رئيس التفتيش المركزي،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13687 تاريخ 3/12/2004،

بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 115 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (إنشاء التفتيش المركزي)،

بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 111 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم الإدارات العامة)،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2460 تاريخ 9/11/1959 وتعديلاته (تنظيم التفتيش المركزي)،

بناء على القرار رقم 1/م/2005 تاريخ 11/1/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:
