-في التعديل- ان شركة Suez Lyonnaise Des Eaux S.A بتاريخ 30/09/1999 تحت رقم 2090 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/08/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 11683/2005، بأنه تم اقفال مكتب التمثيل العائد لها في لبنان- بيروت- وذلك وفق ما ورد في محضر مجلس الادارة المؤرخ في 15/06/2005. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
