­ في التعديل­ ان شركة IMS AG الدامجة لشركة IMS Information Medical Statistics AG المسجلة بتاريخ 6 آب 1997 تحت رقم 1057 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 05/02/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 180/ ت انه تقرر شطب مكتب التمثيل العائد لشركة IMS Information Medical Statistics AG وفي الوقت نفسه التشبث واستلام كافة حقوق وموجبات الشركة المذكورة وفقا لعقد الدمج بين الشركتين اي بين شركة IMS AG (الدامجة لشركة IMS Iformation Medical Statistics AG واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
