­ في التعديل­ ان شركة طوطو اس. ب.ا Toto S.P.A المسجلة بتاريخ 05/02/1998 تحت رقم 1090 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريح 03/04/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 551/ ت انه قد تم عزل الممثل ومدير فرع شركة طوطو اس. ب.ا في لبنان المهندس Mr. Affredo Bajo وتعيين المهندس Mr Luciano D'onofrio وهو مدير الشركة وذلك بصفة الوكيل الخاص له ولشركة Toto S.P.A بهدف تمثيل الشركة وتمثيله بصفته عضو مجلس الادارة والممثل القانوني للشركة المذكورة ومنحه اوسع السلطات لتمثيل فرع لشركة Toto S.P.A في لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
