في التعديل ان شركة Kvaener Construction International Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 22/9/1994 تحت رقم 961 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات. قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/12/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1699/ ت انها قد عدلت اسمها بحيث اصبح: Skanska Cementation International Limited وذلك بموجب شهادة صادرة عن سجل الشركات في انكلترا بتاريخ 3/11/2000 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
