بناء على القرار رقم 2118 لوزير الداخلية المؤرخ في 6 تشرين الثاني سنة 1929 انشئت بلدية في قرية راسكيفا (محافظة طرابلس ) تدعى بلدية راسكيفا واما حدود هذه البلدية الجديدة فان مصلحة الاشغال العامة تعين وفقا لاحكام المادة 12 من القرار 1208 المؤرخ في 10 اذار سنة 1922
