بناء على قرار وزير الداخلية رقم 1780 المؤرخ في 12 ايلول سنة 1929 فصلت محلة نبع الصفا عن بلدية عين زحلتا وتؤلف بلدية في محلة نبع الصفا تدعى بلدية نبع الصفا اما حدود هذه البلدية الجديدة فان مصلحة الاشغال العامة تعينها وفقا لاحكام المادة 12 من القرار 1208 المؤرخ في 10 اذار سنة 1922
