ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة سوني الخليج م.م.ح. Sony Gulf FZE المسجلة بتاريخ 7/7/1997 تحت الرقم 1054 (بالتسجيل), في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/7/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 568/ت, بأنها قد قررت بالإجماع حلّ شركة "Sony Lebanon" فرع شركة "Sony Gulf FZE" في لبنان واعتبارها قيد التصفية ابتداء من 30/6/2003. كما قررت تعيين السيد موهيت براشر Mr. Mohit Parasher مصف للفرع مع منحه كل الصلاحيات الممنوحة قانونا للمصفي بالإضافة إلى صلاحيات أخرى مذكورة في مستخرج من محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقدة في 15 نيسان 2003. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
