في التعديل ان شركة نيشو ايواي كوربوريشن Nissho Iwai Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 22/2/1973 تحت رقم 514 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/7/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1025/ ت انها قررت اقفال مكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت وذلك اعتبارا من 30 حزيران 1999 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
