أن شركة Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (Sita) المسجلة بتاريخ 20/4/1954 تحت الرقم 189 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/8/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 696/ت, بأنها فوضت السيدين جمال الحص وفادي قازان ببعض الصلاحيات الخاصة المحددة في سندي تفويض صلاحيات مؤرخين على التوالي في 11/2/2002 و11/6/2003, وأعطتهما الحق بالتوقيع عن الشركة بالانفراد في بعض الأمور الخاصة وضمن ما هو محدد في متن هذين التوكيلين. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
