في التعديل ان شركة Intrafor S.A ألمسجلة بتاريخ 27/10/1997 تحت الرقم 1071 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/08/2001, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1382/ت, ان مجلس ادارة الشركة قد انعقد بتاريخ 02/10/2000 ومنح السيد الان موزيه M. Alain Muzet كامل الصلاحيات من اجل تحقيق, لحساب الشركة, العقود والتعهدات الضرورية لشطب فرع الشركة Intrafor S.A في لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
