ان شركة البنك العربي الافريقي الدولي المسجلة بتاريخ 15/9/1965 تحت رقم 369 في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/10/97 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7952/أ.ت بان السيد مارون ملحم الخوري, مدير العمليات المصرفية لفروع البنك العربي الافريقي الدولي في بيروت, هو الممثل القانوني والمسؤول عن ادارة البنك في لبنان وله كافة الصلاحيات في اجراء الترتيبات والتنظيمات اللازمة لحسن سير العمل ومخاطبة كافة الجهات الرسمية في كل ما يتعلق بفروع البنك في لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
