ان شركة حبيب بنك ليمتد Habib Bank Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 9/10/1964 تحت رقم 340 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/11/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8119/أ.ت ان ادارة المصرف المستدعي قررت زيادة راسمال فرعها العامل في لبنان بمبلغ قدره ثمانية مليارات ليرة لبنانية بحيث يصبح رأسمال هذا الفرع عشرة مليارات ليرة لبنانية وتقرر ايضا اعطاء السيد محمد عظيم نير - ممثل المصرف في لبنان صلاحية انفاذ القرار المذكور وفقا للقوانين والانظمة اللبنانية المعمول بها وكما قد يتفق على ذلك مع مصرف لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
