- في التعديل - إن شركة سواعد الاتحاد للمقاولات المحدودة المسجلة بتاريخ 28/3/2002 تحت رقم 2205 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/9/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 900/ت أنه بموجب محضر اجتماع جمعية عمومية للشركة تم الاجتماع على تعديل المادة رقم (2) القاضي بتوسيع نشاط الشركة إضافة إلى إنشاء المجمعات السكنية ومباني المطارات والمدرجات استثمار وإدارة المقاهي والمطاعم والتعاقد والالتزام بأعمال الصيانة والنظافة بالجمهورية اللبنانية. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
