مادة 2: لا تمس هذه الاحكام حق الاجراء بالاستفادة من راحة اسبوعية لمدة ست وثلاثين ساعة متواصلة يعلن عنها وعن ساعات العمل وفقا لاحكام المواد 21 و 35 و 36 من قانون العمل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: لا يحق لاي شخص من الاشخاص ان يفتح المؤسسة المشار اليها في المادة الاولى, او يمارس عمله فيها, في المواقيت المحددة لاقفال هذه المؤسسات , ولو كان يتعاطى اعمالا اخرى الى جانب عمله الاساسي.
