مادة 1: تعدل الفقرة 1 من القرار رقم 579/1 تاريخ 20 ايلول 1968 على الوجه التالي: 1- من الساعة السابعة صباحا حتى الساعة الساعة مساء بدلا من الساعة السابعة صباحا حتى الساعة الثامنة عشر مساء. والباقي بدون تعديل.
