ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Leman Commodities S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 20/ 9/2000 تحت رقم 2131 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/3/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3506/2005, بأنها عدلت قيمة رأسمالها فرفعته من /100000/ف.س. (مائة ألف فرنك سويسري) إلى / 7500000/ف.س. (سبعة ملايين وخمسمائة ألف فرنك سويسري), وذلك وفق ما ورد في المستخرج من السجل التجاري المؤرخ في 29/4/2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
