ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Leman Commodities S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 20 أيلول 2000 تحت رقم 2131 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/3/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1892/2004, بأنها عينت السيد ديكران انترانيك كايشيان Mr. Dikran Antranil Kaychian, اللبناني الجنسية, ليكون ممثلها على الأراضي اللبنانية ومديرا لفرعها في لبنان ابتداء من 16/2/2004, مع منحه حقوقا وامتيازات حصرية جاء ذكرها في السند المؤرخ في 16/2/2004 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
