ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Summer المسجلة بتاريخ 3/9/1993 تحت رقم 938 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/3/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1943/2004, بأنه بعد تغيير تسمية شركة تاركيت سومر Tarkett Sommer إلى شركة تاركيت س.أ.س. Tarkett S.A.S., تم الاتفاق على تغيير تسمية المكتب التمثيلي في لبنان من تاركت سومر Tarkett Sommer إلى تاركت موايان أوريان ـ TARKETT MOYEN ORIENT, مع إبقاء السيد بيار شمعون Mr. Peerre Chamoun مديرا لهذا المكتب. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
