ان شركة Basf Turk Kimya Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi المسجلة بتاريخ 22/7/2001 تحت الرقم 2174 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/5/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5458/2004, بأن مجلس المساهمين اتخذ قرارا بالغاء الاهلية الادارية وكل الحقوق والسلطات المعطاة للسيد هاني محمد شقير بصفته مديرا لمكتب تمثيلها في لبنان وبصرفه من هذه الصفة مع كل ما يترتب على ذلك من نتائج مالية وادارية وقانونية, وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ 24/3/2004, وتعيين مدير جديد لمكتبها في بيروت ـ لبنان هو الدكتور عباس محمد ياغي مع اعطائه السلطات الضرورية للقيام بمهمته, وذلك عملا بقرار مجلس المساهمين المؤرخ في 24/3/2004. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
