ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة الخطوط الجوية اليوغوسلافية "الشركة العامة للنقل الجوي" Yugoslav Airlines "Public Company for Air Transportation" المسجلة بتاريخ 22/11/2002 تحت رقم 2219 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/5/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5692/2004, بأنه تم تغيير اسم الشركة ليصبح كالآتي "الخطوط الجوية جات Jat Airways", وفق ما ورد في إفادة المحكمة التجارية في بلغراد المؤرخة في 10/11/2003؛ كما أنه تم تعيين السيد دوسان بريبيش Mr. DUSAN PRIBIC مديرا لمكتبها في لبنان ـ بيروت عملا بمضمون الوكالة المؤرخة في 29/1/2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
