ان شركة البنك البريطاني العربي التجاري ليمتد (والذي كان يسمى سابقا) بنك يوباف ليمتد The British Arab Commercial Bank Limited (Before) UBAF Bank Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 4/7/1994 تحت رقم 955 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/6/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7128/2004, بأن مجلس إدارة المصرف قرر إقفال مكتب تمثيله في لبنان وعين الأستاذ فادي مغيزل للقيام بكافة الاجراءات الضرورية لاتمام هذه المهمة, وذلك بموجب قراره المؤرخ في 18/5/2004 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
