ان شركة سيتا انفورمايشن نتوركينغ كومبيوتنغ ب.ف Sita Information Networking Computing B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 9/8/2003 تحت رقم 2250 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/6/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7194/2004, بأنه تم تعيين السيد جمال الحص Mr. jamal El­Hoss ممثلا لفرعها في كل من بيروت, قبرص جمهورية مصر العربية, اثيوبيا, غانا, الهند, كينيا, الكويت, المغرب, جمهورية جنوب افريقيا, تانزانيا, تركيا والامارات العربية المتحدة, وذلك بموجب التفويض المؤرخ في 20/11 /2003 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
