ـ في التعديل ـ إن الشركة العامة للطرق والجسور المسجلة بتاريخ 11/7/ 1991 تحت اسم شركة قاسيون بالرقم 924 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/1/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 39/ت, بأنه بعد دمج شركة قاسيون والشركة العامة للطرق واحداث الشركة العامة للطرق والجسور, ونظرا لكون شركة قاسيون سابقا قد تقدمت بطلب إلى الجهات اللبنانية المختصة من أجل استحداث فرع لها في لبنان, يرجى إلغاء هذا الفرع ليصار إلى استحداث فرع للشركة العامة للطرق والجسور. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
