ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة S.C. Johnson Company Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 1/11/2001، تحت رقم 2187 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل(، قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/2/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1690/2007، بأنها عينت بموجب قرار مجلس الإدارة الصادر بتاريخ 22/12/2007، السيد سامي كرعوبه مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ليحل محل السيد مروان نعيم نكد ابتداء من 1/1/2007، كما أنها عينت، بموجب القرار عينه، السيد الياس أبي يونس محاميا للشركة بهدف تعيين السيد كرعوبه مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
