ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Banque Nationale Paris Intercontinentale المسجلة بتاريخ 15/1/1944، تحت رقم 107 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/2/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1579/2007، بأنه بموجب كتاب تفويض صلاحيات الصادر بتاريخ 11/12/2006 عن السيد ـ Jean Jacques SANTINI، مدير عام البنك، عين السيد Thierry JULIEN وكيلا/ مديرا لمجموعة لبنان للبنك المذكور خلفا للسيد Claude RUFIN اعتبارا من 1/9/2006 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
