ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة ماستر فودز (الشرق الأوسط) م.م.ح. Master Foods (Middle East) FZE المسجلة بتاريخ 8/9/2003، تحت رقم 2251 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/2/2008، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1641/2008، أنها بموجب شهادة تعديل تسمية بالاسم صادرة عن حكومة دبي بتاريخ 2/1/2008 ومصدقة أصولا، عدلت اسم الشركة من شركة ماستر فودز (الشرق الأوسط) م.م.ح. Master Foods (Middle East) FZ إلى مارس جي سي سي م.م.ح. Mars GCC FZE وبموجب قرار مجلس إدارتها في جلسته بتاريخ 29/1/2008 ثبتت تعيين السيد سامي خليل درعوني ممثلا لها في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
